We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive (Inbound & Outbound Process).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must have good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of mutual funds is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with queries related to mutual funds
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and follow company guidelines
Shift Details:
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday
Salary:
* 18k to 21k in hand salary
