Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Open Positions:
SPE (Senior Process Executive)
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
SME (Subject Metter Expert)
Experience: 5– 9 Years
Salary: Up to ₹7.3 LPA
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience in customer support international voice.
- Minimum 1+ year of exp on paper of SME / People Management experience.
- Must have all the respective documents and certificate.
- Excellent English Communication
- Experience in US voice process or healthcare/insurance BPO
- Customer Handling & Problem-Solving
