🔹 Job Description
We are looking for experienced Medical Coders / Senior Medical Coders specializing in HCC coding to join our team at Infinx. Candidates should have relevant HCC coding experience, the required certification, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate HCC medical coding and review medical records.
- Identify and assign appropriate diagnosis codes based on clinical documentation.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.
- Review patient documentation to support accurate HCC coding.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.
- Participate in HHC specialty training as required.
✅ Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1.6 years of HCC coding experience.
- Valid certification: CPC / CCS / AHIMA / HCC.
- Candidates must be Mumbai locals or have previously worked in Mumbai for at least 1.6 years.
- Candidates from across Maharashtra can apply if they meet the location criteria.
- Willingness to commit to 2 years of service after certification is mandatory.
