Capital Markets | Settlements & Reconciliation

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst – Team Lead for a leading client in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong Capital Markets domain knowledge, hands-on experience in Settlements & Reconciliation, and expertise in Broadridge tools.

📍 Location: Pune

💼 Experience: 5+ Years

👔 Designation: Team Lead (TL)

🌙 Shift: UK Shift

💰 Maximum CTC: ₹15 LPA

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (as per client requirement)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements related to Capital Markets operations.
  • Manage and support Settlements & Reconciliation processes.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operations, technology, and business teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform requirement analysis, impact assessment, and gap analysis.
  • Support system enhancements, UAT, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate settlement breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
  • Lead a team, monitor deliverables, and ensure process quality and SLA adherence.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirement documents.

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Capital Markets Operations.
  • Strong experience in Capital Markets.
  • Hands-on experience in Settlements & Reconciliation.
  • Experience working with Broadridge tools/platforms.
  • Team Lead experience with stakeholder and team coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a UK shift.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Capital Markets experience is mandatory.

✅ Settlements & Reconciliation experience is mandatory.

✅ Broadridge tools experience is mandatory.

✅ Immediate joiners only.

✅ Candidates must be available to work in Pune.
