🔹 1. Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
- Experience: 16+ years
- Salary: Up to ₹22 LPA
- Team Size: 80+ FTEs
- People Management: 5+ years of on-paper management experience
🔹 2. Team Manager (TM)
- Experience: 8–12 years in Insurance/BPO Operations
- Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA
- Team Size: 20–40 FTEs
- People Management: Minimum 2 years of on-paper TM experience
🔹 3. Team Leader (TL)
- Experience: 6–8+ years in Insurance Operations
- Salary: Up to ₹11 LPA
- Team Size: 12–20 FTEs
- People Management: Minimum 1 year of on-paper TL experience
✅ Mandatory Skills
- US Insurance Operations – Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), and/or Employee Benefits (EB)
- Team Handling & People Management
- SLA, KPI, Quality & Productivity Management
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Escalation Handling & Process Improvement
- Process Transition / Migration exposure preferred
