Job Overview

We are hiring for Non-Voice roles for upcoming batches in Pune. Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable with backend operations, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Open Positions

  • Process Executive (PE) – 33 openings (CTC: ₹2.59 LPA)
  • Senior Process Executive (SPE) – 53 openings (CTC: up to ₹5 LPA)
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) – 37 openings (CTC: up to ₹7 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle backend / non-voice operations efficiently
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in process execution
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
  • Resolve queries within defined timelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate
  • Relevant experience preferred for SPE & SME roles
  • Good written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Immediate joiners preferred
