Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting to support accurate and timely processing of insurance and patient payments.

Payment Posting - Candidate should have knowledge in Payment posting, Denial posting, ERA/EFT posting, EOB analysis knowledge of US Healthcare Domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the healthcare billing system.
  • Process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB), as applicable.
  • Reconcile payments against claims and patient accounts.
  • Identify underpayments, denials, and payment discrepancies.
  • Handle adjustments, contractual write-offs, and payment variances according to guidelines.
  • Maintain posting accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting.
  • Knowledge of EOB, ERA, EDI, and healthcare billing workflows.
  • Understanding of adjustments, reconciliation, and claim payment processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Preference: Immediate joiners.
