📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain provider demographic and related data in the PDM process.
  • Handle provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities.
  • Update, validate, and maintain provider information using the Facets platform.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with established process guidelines.
  • Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Identify and resolve provider data discrepancies and errors.

📌 Mandatory Requirements

  • 2–7 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare PDM / Claims operations.
  • Hands-on experience with the Facets platform.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • Candidates from across India can apply; work location is Chennai.
  • Graduation is mandatory (10+2+3 format).
  • Candidates must have complete educational documents, government-issued IDs, and previous employment documents.
