1.6–4 years

for Facets ₹4.5 LPA

for QNXT ₹5.58 LPA

SME

4.5–6 years

for Facets ₹6.44 LPA

for QNXT₹7.55 LPA

SME Responsibilities

• Handle process and client escalations
• Support and guide team members
• Monitor team/process performance
• Conduct process briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Assist with people management activities

Eligibility

• Any Graduate
• Immediate Joiners - 30 days
• Relevant experience in US Healthcare
• Strong hands-on experience with Facets or QNXT is mandatory
