🚨 Hiring | FX & Money Markets Operations

📍 Location: Hyderabad

🏢 Work Mode: Offshore / Work from Office

🌙 Shift: US Shift – 5 PM onwards

💼 Domain: Treasury / FX & Money Markets Operations

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

💰 CTC

  • SPE: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
  • SME: Up to ₹9 LPA
  • SDM: Up to ₹25 LPA

🔹 Key Requirement – RIMMS

Hands-on experience in RIMMS is mandatory.

Candidates should have experience using RIMMS for FX & Money Market trade processing, confirmation, settlement and reconciliation.

🔹 Products / Process

FX:

  • Spot
  • Forward / Outright Forward
  • FX Swap
  • NDF

Money Markets:

  • Deposits
  • Loans
  • Commercial Paper (CP)
  • Certificates of Deposit (CD)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate FX & Money Market trades in RIMMS
  • Perform trade capture, confirmation and settlement activities
  • Handle trade matching and resolve exceptions/breaks
  • Manage settlement instructions and payment processing
  • Perform Nostro / Cash / Position Reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve aged breaks and failed trades
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Treasury, Middle Office and Settlements teams
  • Support US & EMEA cut-off timelines
  • Handle CLS-related FX settlement activities
  • Support month-end/quarter-end activities and reporting
  • Participate in RIMMS UAT, upgrades and process improvement initiatives

🔹 Required Skills

  • RIMMS – Mandatory
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience for Analyst/Senior Analyst roles
  • 10+ years for senior management-level roles
  • Strong knowledge of FX & Money Market Operations
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messages – MT300, MT320, MT2xx/6xx
  • Knowledge of CLS settlement
  • Nostro reconciliation experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of TLM / SmartStream / Duco is an advantage
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • CLS Bank experience
  • RIMMS UAT / configuration / upgrade experience
  • FXall / 360T
  • MarkitWire / ClearPar or similar confirmation platforms
  • Process improvement / RPA / Six Sigma exposure

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
