We are hiring for Medical coding

📍 Hyderabad-Gopanapalli office

  • Medical coding*
  • Experience -1+years of experience in coding /Package: upto 5.86 lpa
  • (2 way cab provided)
  • Work from Office
  • Should be willing to work in evening and night shift
  • Qualification : Any Graduates / Under Graduates
  • Candidate with minimum 2 +years’ experience in Denial coding in multi-specialties./ Package : upto 7.36 lpa
  • Package : upto 7.3 lpa

Requirements:

  • (Specialty except HCC is not considered)
  • Certified coders like CPC/CPC-A/COC/ CCS/CCS-P/ CCA( Mandatory)
  • Specialization of E&M OP/IP/Surgery/Denials

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate medical coding for E&M (OP/IP), Surgery, and Denial management cases according to client guidelines.
  • Review patient charts, clinical documentation, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Review denied claims to identify the root cause of the denial.
  • Analyze medical records and clinical documentation to verify coding accuracy.
  • Review patient charts, clinical documentation, operative notes, discharge summaries, and medical records to assign appropriate CPT/ICD codes.
  • Ensure coding compliance with industry standards (AAPC, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
  • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) goals while maintaining coding accuracy
  • Stay updated with coding guideline changes, payer policies, and denial management best practices
