🚨 HIRING ALERT | PRIVATE EQUITY FINANCIAL REPORTING

We are hiring experienced professionals for SME and Team Leader positions in Private Equity Financial Reporting. Candidates with strong experience in financial statement preparation, review, and investment fund reporting are encouraged to apply.

📌 Position Details

Roles: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Team Leader (TL)

Process: Private Equity – Financial Reporting

Experience: 3–6 Years

Shift: Late Evening Shift (4:00 PM Onwards)

SME Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

TL Salary: Up to ₹13 LPA

💼 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements for Private Equity funds.

Prepare Balance Sheets, Schedules of Investments, Statements of Operations, Changes in Partners’ Capital, and Cash Flow Statements.

Perform trial balance-to-financial statement tie-outs, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Review financial statement classifications, disclosures, and prior-period consistency.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and/or IFRS reporting requirements.

Coordinate with Fund Accounting teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.

Support external audits and respond to financial reporting queries.

Perform quality checks and ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial statements.

🎯 Required Skills

3–6 years of experience in Private Equity / Alternative Investment Financial Reporting.

Strong hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and review.

Good knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS.

Understanding of investment fund reporting and financial statements.

Strong MS Excel, reconciliation, analytical, and review skills.
